Bottega Peruzzi began in the fifties as a humble sandwich shop, best known as a place to indulge in regional Artimino and international charcuterie. Since 2005, however, thanks to a dedicated chef-sommelier, Bottega Peruzzi has slightly changed its image and carved out a new reputation in the Medieval heart of the Tuscan village in the province of Prato, serving quality Tuscany produce. We plate up farm-to-table cold cuts at all time, as well as French cheeses and local dishes reinvented in new and creative ways.
